Today is the final day of the Challenge, and I have achieved it all. It is absolutely amazing that I have written almost 18 thousand words in one month. I would never have believed that that was possible. But I have done it once. Now I have to prove that I can do it again. Read on.

There’s this little unit that I live in. It has the living area which includes a kitchenette, large enough for me. This area is set up as office, lounge room and kitchen, without walls in between. It is great because I can watch anything cooking while I watch TV or keep an eye on the TV while doing the dishes. Of course there is always the radio which is on more frequently than the TV. The news that there is a baby on the way is exciting for any family, and especially so when the country only allows it to occur once in their lifetime. Joy filled the house. Joy was then confounded when the doctor told that mother that she was having more than one baby. At the first ultra-sound the mother was told that she was expecting FOUR babies. Read on.

This infant was found by an older person. She was wrapped and placed in a box in the middle of the road. This lady picked her up, and knowing that her son and daughter-in-law were longing for a child, gave the infant to them. Read on.

This lady walked along the road and came upon a box in which was a tiny little baby. It must have been just born and lucky to still be alive. She was a single lady but had compassion on this infant, so took it home. There, when undoing the bundle it was tied up in she saw that it was a little boy and that he had a very severe cleft palate. If you read my first post you will be well aware, as I am, that I am way over committed. And I am not the only one who thinks so.
Yesterday morning’s reading stated that “…we are created [for] good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” And here I am again confronted with the reality that even ‘good works’ can be the wrong thing to do at times. Read on.
